Thalys has come and gone a long way, and carried a lot of passengers – 87 million – over the past fifteen years. Providing high-speed services across four countries is no mean feat, yet to keep ahead of the pack, the operator is constantly making efforts to stay ahead, largely by putting services first. “Right from the beginning it was all about the service,” says Franck Gervais, CEO, Thalys, “and it always will be. We are always innovating and will continue to do so. This is what really sets us apart.”
